minor update due to engine being updated

since the newest version of gb studio added the ability to add what the dev comunity calls beep noise to dialog. this is basically a sound effect that is played when a text character is added to the screen. this is not text to speach however, but it does give a estimated voice for the character audibly. below is a list of characters with neutral emotion voice levels. it will be formated as character name  audio type  type param,  note/length. I also put jem of twilight character list if anyone wants to make a version of this.

(list of general voice rules)

0-290 male

290-350 uncertain

350-475 female (male high pitched race)

475+ exception/high pitched race(mostly females)

I also started creating the intro sequence for level 5. I do plan on making more frame types, but I am going to do Jem of twilight next then focus on level 5. I also think I fixed the save SoftLock glitch by removing the stop script commands and rebuilt the front end save file code (the actual part that does saving is unchanged as that is a part of the engine not one, I made. what I made is the front-end ex. dialog and menus). sadly, I can't make it play wav sound effects, but tone/beep does make a good replacement. I tried to make the important characters have their own unique neutral frequency.
